Layout templates can contain design elements and placeholder images. They also control the default sizing, effects and other properties for images that are added to a page. With layout templates it's easy to maintain a consistent look throughout your web site.

The layout editor offers the same full range of tools and editing functions as the page editor. You may wish to adapt existing layout templates or come up with a new design from scratch.
